The Lunar New Year in the 15^th day. We are all back to business as usual.

Summary

This is a series of blogs of the same subject in which IA Committee discussed in 04-Dec-2012. The report is entitled 2012年楊昱民弟兄在美國教會活動-綜合報告 €©楊昱民弟兄在伊莉莎白教會活動.

There is a breach of trust between IA and myself. My comments are

1.       IA call for YM Yang (here after known as “Yang”) activity in the Elizabeth Church to be written in a report is unbeknown to Elizabeth Church members and the member of Elizabeth Church Board.

2.       IA specifically calls for the Resident Pastor to write a report which Yang visited.

3.       Yang visited three Churches in USA at 25-Aug-2012 Dallas Church, 01-02-Sep-2012 Elizabeth Church, and 08-09-Sep-2012 Baldwin Park Church.

4.       I will focus in the Elizabeth Church report which I have a paper copy. (See attached. The black-out has written report. I will share at a later time.) On 26-Dec-2012, I heard a conversation that Yang’s visit to the three Churches in August and September 2012 is reported in IA Committee meeting in 04-Dec-2012. I didn’t take the “hallway talk” seriously then. On the 02-Jan-2013, on a table there is a piece of paper with my name written. I was curious and surprised as to what have I done now. There are two other reports, namely, Dallas and Baldwin Park Churches. Hence, the “hallway talk” talk isn’t a gossip. I picked up the Elizabeth Church report and leave behind the other two reports. I skimmed through both reports.

Here is the interesting part. In 12-Jan-2013 and 28-Jan-2013, I requested the Elizabeth Church Board to share the name of the person who calls for Elizabeth Church report of Yang. The Chairman of the Elizabeth Church Board had a conversation with me on 19-Jan-2013 at 3:05 pm about this report and the mystery writer. The Chairman said as there is no reference to Elizabeth Church Board in the report, the Church Board has no obligation to discuss and respond to my request of the mystery writer. Furthermore, the Chairman wanted me to share the report. I wasn’t enthusiastic and the Chairman said the Chairman is able to obtain a copy of the report.

On 02-Feb-2013, Pastor Steve Hwang (黄世明傳道) (here after known as “Hwang”) hinted that Hwang has 2 topics to converse with me. We didn’t have a chance to converse on 02-Feb-2013. Here am I today on the mystery writer. I had an email conversation with Hwang a few days before today.

A summary of the email conversations:

4.1. I could suspect anyone to be the mystery writer (not author) even though Hwang is identified as the compiler of the report.

4.2. Hwang said that the Elizabeth Church Board has a resolution and I was to be informed. Now I approached Hwang. Hwang said “Now you come to request me.” Until today, I wasn’t informed by anyone of what the resolutions were. Finger pointing game?

4.3. Hwang was surprised that I have a copy of the report.

4.4. I wouldn’t want to mention other conversations.

Commentary

5.       Deut 20:10-15 identify rules regarding warfare. 2 Tim 2:1-7 identify three examples for Timothy to follow. In 2 Tim 2:3-4 exhorts us to please his commander. In Deut 20:1-12 exhorts us to be offer peace. Apparently, Hwang failed miserably in both. I don’t know who is Hwang’s commander. Is it either IA or Western Hemisphere Director or the TJC members or God?

Let me digress a bit. 11-Sep-2001 changed the whole world. 2 human pilots navigated 2 airliners to strike the Twin Tower (also known as The World Center, WTC) in New York City. From that day onward, the general term “terrorist” become commonly in use. About 6,000 persons died within a week. The terrorists believed that they become martyr for religion-sake / Allah, their reward in heaven is great. I have this mailing address, 1 WTC, 72 S, NY, NY 10048. I worked in this office for about 6 months after I completed my education in 1980’s. If I had continued working there, I would either dies in the underground train or in the atrium. I usually arrived just before 9:00 am. That was when the strike happened on 11-Sep-2001. So, if you tell me you loved God and not human, you are not a normal human. Didn’t the Bible exhort us to love God and human?

6.       Who is this mystery writer who compiled the report? This is the greatest breach in this report. Scenario 1. Hwang himself is the compiler. But Hwang then become a narrator because Hwang wasn’t present in 01-02-Sep-2012 in Elizabeth Church. Is Hwang either a hear-say compiler or a regular narrator? Very bad documentation practice but an exception to TJC practice?

Scenario 2. Verbal update by the Elizabeth Church Board Chairman to Hwang. Hwang narrated?

Scenario 3. I suspect anybody including the 15 IA Committee members, Western Hemisphere Director, Elizabeth Church Board members (excluding myself), or anybody (excluding myself). See 4.1. Now everyone is a suspect. Where are the cares for those innocent victims?

Scenario 4. I don’t know who is the mystery writer or narrator and who call for the report. Anybody wants to tell me what actually happened?

By the way, Dallas Church was compiled by the Resident Pastor as stated in the report but the Pastor wasn’t present in Dallas Church on 25-Aug-2012. Another hear-say? Baldwin Park Church was compiled as stated in the report by the Church Board Chairman. Another exception?

7.       Our Pastors talk the talks and not practice the practices. Where are our maturities? Another exception.

8.       These three reports are discriminatory. IA (registered as a Religious Organization in USA) can’t identify a single individual to be monitored and written report be discussed at the IA Committee meeting. This is not a confidential report, a public domain, because this is being reported and discussed in the IA Committee.
